MACJAMES® MMDC-11 - MULTISURFACE DEGREASER/CLEANER is a surface active emulsifying, non-solvent based and non-acidic degreasing foaming cleaner. It emulsifies grease, oil, rust, heavy dirt, carbon deposits, grime, slag, sludge, mud, scales, others alike, with it and cleanses them from the various washable surfaces (metal, plastic, wood, concrete, rubber, PVC, etc) without deforming the substrates, harming users and environment, unlike other degreasers in the market today. It is an innovative and economical multi-surface/multipurpose degreaser/cleaner with surface active strength and emulsifying properties to clean organic and inorganic dirt from all washable surfaces. It is produced using refined chemical raw materials and is environmentally friendly and biodegradable. It is used where acidic, highly alkaline and solvent-based degreaser are found to be destructive, surface-selective and inefficient. It is unique in that it does not contain solvent and petroleum distillates that imposes health and environmental hazard. It has been confirmed in car/automotive engine washing, cleaning of oil tanks an oil storage containers, sewage tanks flushing, heat exchanger cleaning, engine rooms and mechanical workshops and degreasing metals before painting, among others and solves the problems of using many degreasers for different surfaces/substrates.

MACJAMES® MRWL-07 - RIG WASH LIQUID /INDUSTRIAL DETERGENT is an innovative and economical water-based cleaner detergent with emulsifying industrial concentrated strength to clean organic and inorganic dirt from various surfaces. Its pH is 8.5 - 11. It emulsifies grease, oil, rust, bitumen residue, mud, carbon deposits, grime, slag, scales, etc and cleanses them from the various surfaces. Its alkalinity and flowability (low viscosity) makes it to spread and penetrate into grease and heavy dirt to break their bonds for easy rinse off. It is blendable with hard and soft, hot and cold-water media. It is biodegradable, non-toxic, environmentally friendly and non-corrosive chemical industrial liquid detergent. MACJAMES® MMLD-06 - MULTIPURPOSE LIQUID DETERGENT is a surface active environmentally friendly multi-purpose liquid detergent (containing anionic and non anionic surfactants) and other additives for its general purpose washing use in laundry, kitchen dishwash, handwash, carwash, toilets, steam washing, power washing, all floor types and coverings, and machines, rig and super structures, vessels and storage tanks, silos, etc. It has a mild PH of 7.0 – 8.5. Does not affect physical properties of substrates and is not poisonous. It is blendable with solvent, disinfectant, salt /fresh and hard/soft water. It has anti-depository agent and easily washed off. Safe for general health and biodegradable.

MACJAMES® MSHYP-001 - SODIUM HYPOCHORITE is a clear light yellow-greenish chlorine-containing liquid. MACJAMES® MSHYP-001 has a strong disinfecting effect on all clinical strains of bacteria. USES AND APPLICATION INFORMATION

MACJAMES® MSHYP-001 - SODIUM HYPOCHORITE (15%) solution is used in water treatment as a disinfectant; healthcare and public facilities, hospitality and hotels, household and industries as an efficient disinfectant, sanitizer and bleaching agent.
General disinfecting and deodorizing.
A dilution to 0.1% solution may be used to sanitize walls, floors, baths and other hard surfaces. Add the diluted solution and allow it to stand for 5 minutes. Wash and rinse well with clean water.

MACJAMES® MRMB-13 - RUST REMOVER/METAL BRIGHTENER is for cleaning and removing rust, inorganic and organic surface contaminants from metal surfaces. It is also used to brighten Aluminium surfaces. It also has good descaling and degreasant properties. It is a liquid surfactant with a wetting agent and non-chloride-based inorganic acids or chemicals.

It contains rust-inhibiting compounds which prevent the cleaned surface from getting rusted over a given time before painting or coating, if need be. As a METAL BRIGHTNER, it removes all surface contaminants, dirt and dulling soils then brightens the surface of the metals (substrates).

MACJAMES® MOSD-18 – Oil Spill Dispersant (OSD)

MACJAMES® MOSD-18 – Oil Spill Dispersant is an innovative, effective and environmentally friendly viscous dispersant formulated and manufactured with a blend of high concentrates of ionic and non-ionic surface-active agents (surfactants) into oleophilic solvents (oil-soluble). It is a third-generation dispersant (a concentrate water-dilutable dispersant) which contains higher concentration of surfactants in water miscible solvents. It does not contain any petroleum distillates but uses glycols as the solvents, making it more environmentally friendly (biodegradable) than most dispersants in use today. Formulated in collaboration with an oil-servicing company in Nigeria and use severally in different projects, when applied to oil spill on the surface of the sea, the solvent transports and distributes the surfactants throughout the oil to break up the surface tension of the oil-water interface. As result of the mixing energy provided by waves and the wind, it breaks up the oil into small droplets which are rapidly suspended into the water column and diluted to very low concentrations, enabling the oil degradation by micro-organisms already present in the sea.

To achieve an effective dispersion, oil droplets are supposed to be in the range of 1µm to 70 µm with the most stable size being less than 40 µm. The speed with which the droplets of this range rise towards the surface is balanced by the turbulence of the sea so that they remain in the suspension and the oil and dispersants mixture dilute rapidly within the top few metres of the water. The presence of the surfactant molecules at the droplet surface and the reduced possibility of the oil droplets coming into contact as they dilute and move apart, minimizes the possibility of recoalescence and reformation of surface oil slicks.

MACJAMES® MOSD-18 is formulated to aid the natural process of degradation and metabolization of the oil droplets by sea-present micro-organisms. Its effective dispersion of the oil also minimizes the possibility of surface drift and reduces sea surface exposure to birds, turtles, sea mammals, etc. in the spill vicinity as well as reducing the possibility of adherence of the oil to marine animals, shorelines and boats.

MACJAMES® KleenMax - PAINT REMOVER is a solvent-based paint stripper for marine and industrial paints. It is used for paint cleaning and removal from metal surfaces for re-coating.
