NO. 02-8178L and DPR/HSE.04/003.700/2019/003MACJAMES® MMLD-06 - MULTIPURPOSE LIQUID DETERGENT is a surface active environmentally friendly multi-purpose liquid detergent (containing anionic and non anionic surfactants) and other additives for its general purpose washing use in laundry, kitchen dishwash, handwash, carwash, toilets, steam washing, power washing, all floor types and coverings, and machines, rig and super structures, vessels and storage tanks, silos, etc. It has a mild PH of 7.0 – 8.5. Does not affect physical properties of substrates and is not poisonous. It is blendable with solvent, disinfectant, salt /fresh and hard/soft water. It has anti-depository agent and easily washed off. Safe for general health and biodegradable.

Contains ingredients that kill all germs like viruses, bacteria, protozoa, etc and keep your hands
feeling supple. It is used in homes, hospitals, hotels, and public places to sanitize and disinfect of
disease-causing organisms. They come in gel or pure liquid forms as desired by users.

MACJAMES® MMDC-11 - MULTISURFACE DEGREASER/CLEANER
Approved by NAFDAC and DPR: NAFDAC REG.NO.: 02-8179L and NUPRC/HQ/HSE.3/03/24/229 MACJAMES® MMDC-11 - MULTISURFACE DEGREASER/CLEANER is a surface active emulsifying, non-solvent based and non-acidic degreasing foaming cleaner. It emulsifies grease, oil, rust, heavy dirt, carbon deposits, grime, slag, sludge, mud, scales, others alike, with it and cleanses them from the various washable surfaces (metal, plastic, wood, concrete, rubber, PVC, etc) without deforming the substrates, harming users and environment, unlike other degreasers in the market today. It is an innovative and economical multi-surface/multipurpose degreaser/cleaner with surface active strength and emulsifying properties to clean organic and inorganic dirt from all washable surfaces. It is produced using refined chemical raw materials and is environmentally friendly and biodegradable. It is used where acidic, highly alkaline and solvent-based degreaser are found to be destructive, surface-selective and inefficient. It is unique in that it does not contain solvent and petroleum distillates that imposes health and environmental hazard. It has been confirmed in car/automotive engine washing, cleaning of oil tanks an oil storage containers, sewage tanks flushing, heat exchanger cleaning, engine rooms and mechanical workshops and degreasing metals before painting, among others and solves the problems of using many degreasers for different surfaces/substrates.

(NAFDAC Reg. No:A2-6161 AND DPR Approval No.: DPR/HSE.04/003.700/2018/037)MACJAMES® MSHYP-001 - SODIUM HYPOCHORITE is a clear light yellow-greenish chlorine-containing liquid. MACJAMES® MSHYP-001 has a strong disinfecting effect on all clinical strains of bacteria. It has a good bactericidal (Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria), sporicidal and fungicidal effect that is achieved in a very short time even at small concentrations dilutions. It is efficient in water treatment and sanitization.

USES AND APPLICATION INFORMATION
MACJAMES® MSHYP-001 - SODIUM HYPOCHORITE (15%) solution is used in water
treatment as a disinfectant; healthcare and public facilities, hospitality and hotels,
household and industries as an efficient disinfectant, sanitizer and bleaching agent.
General disinfecting and deodorizing.
A dilution to 0.1% solution may be used to sanitize walls, floors, baths and other hard
surfaces. Add the diluted solution and allow it to stand for 5 minutes. Wash and rinse well with clean water.
Other uses include the following;

MACJAMES® FloorNeat - (TOILET/TILE/FLOOR STAIN REMOVER/CLEANERS).
MACJAMES® FloorNeat is an ALL-FLOOR STAIN REMOVER/CLEANER. It is a non-fuming/non-smoking floor stain remover/cleaner that is harmless to humans, substrates/surfaces and the environment and removes inorganic and organic stains/dirt from all floor types. It is slightly foamy and very active so you might not need to apply detergent after using it for a wash-off.
It is surface super-active, non-destructive, stain/dirt remover or descaler. It is used on water closets, tiles, marbles, terrazzo, granite, paints or rust on floors, swimming pools and underground water tanks. It is water soluble, non-irritant and non-corrosive to the substrates. It does not damage stainless steel lustre or other properties during application.

MACJAMES® Freshow - AIR FRESHENER AND ODOUR CONTROL (LIQUID).
This air freshener and odour control is used to refresh fouled air in the surroundings, especially in toilets, cars, offices, living rooms, kitchens, smoking rooms, and any fouled enclosure.
It eliminates bad odour and freshens with friendly fragrances that are eco-friendly. It is also used to keep air freshly pleasant in a place not necessarily fouled.

MACJAMES® Surfex - LIQUID BODY WASHING SOAP.
MACJAMES® Surfex - LIQUID BODY WASHING SOAP is an effective neutral and skin-friendly bathing and body wash/liquid soap with moisturizer, fragrance and other skin care additives that makes it soothing to all-skin types after bathing with it. It also has a good foaming property.

DISINFECTANTS : CHLORINE-BASED, PHENOL AND OTHERS
The chlorine-based disinfectant is for pet/animal houses, toilet, gutters, and use in flushing or cleaning infected areas in homes, hospitals, hotels, and public places. These disinfectants take care of pathogens like viruses, fungi, bacteria, protozoa, etc by killing them or making them harmless.

INSECTICIDES, PEST CONTROL AND FUMIGATION CHEMICALS
These are formulated to take care of all classes of insects and pests, reptiles, rodents and even some pathogens. They are formulated using dichlorvos, deltamethrin, dimethoate, cypermethrine, chlorpyritos, diazinon, endosulfan, phosphides, herbicides and soil poisoning powders. These are produced/blended without using banned and very harmful chemicals in accordance with environmental protocols, regulations and accords.

MACJAMES® RustOut - RUST STAIN REMOVER , MACJAMES® InkOut - INK STAIN REMOVER and MACJAMES® KleenEx - BLOOD STAIN REMOVER (NON-BLEACHING, FOR FABRICS).
They removes Rust, ink, blood and greasy stains from fabrics (cloth). It might be a slightly solvent and water based surfactant.

MACJAMES® MCDP-07 - CARWASH DETERGENT PLUS POLISH.
This is a mild car washing detergent with neutral PH, shampooing effects plus washing and shining polish. It does not affect car colours or leave soda marks on shampooing but self-drying and no necessary wipe-cleaning. It is environmentally friendly and not poisonous.
